Unified console module (õðí device)

õÎÉÆÉÃÉÒÏ×ÁÎÎÙÊ ÐÕÌØÔÏ×ÏÊ ÍÏÄÕÌØ (ÐÒÉÂÏÒ õðí)

The universal console module (õðí device) may be used as a console of an operator of automated information and control systems (AICS), various-purpose technical facilities control systems (TFCS) as well as other control systems for submarines (SM) of various displacement. Technological effectiveness of the design of the õðí device ensures the possibility of use of various panels with controls thus ensuring the possibility of execution of the tasks in the control consoles of the various-purpose AICS and TFCS.
The õðí device jointly with the KROPS-01 operator's armchair, which ensures the comfortable conditions for the operator to work and his protection against shock stress of the submarine hull by means of reduction of the active shock accelerations, form the operator's automated workstation (AWS-O).

õðí device characteristics:

  • The õðí device has overall dimensions of (1610x650x765) mm and it can be loaded through the hatch with the diameter of 594 mm when disassembled into component parts.
  • The device contains the ECM external connection module which may be supplied to the object beforehand for ensuring beforehand connection of the shipboard wiring to the device.
  • The õðí device has two independent control and information processing channels, each having its own computing unit (system unit) and a separate facility for information displaying (monitor).

Each channel of the õðí device ensures:

execution of computing operations in real-time
OS QNX 4.25 (ëðäá.00002-01), QNX 6.23 with clock frequency of the central processor equaling up to 1.8 Hz, and it also has the following computing resources:

    • RAM capacity - up to 2 Gb;
    • Video-RAM capacity - up to 64 Mb;
    • Flash-drive, volume up to 32 Gb;

connection to external interfaces: 2 Ethernet channels, channel RS-485 and 2 redundant channels of multiplex data exchange as per GOST P 52070-2003;
supply voltage 220V 50Hz or 27V DC;
reception, processing of discrete signals and formation of control actions in the form of discrete signals (25 discrete inputs, 26 discrete outputs of "open collector" type, 8 discrete outputs to relay with throwable contact);
information displaying on 19" monitor .

The õðí device contains two-channel information input facilities connectable to both control and information processing channels:

a universal 10-inch touch-screen panel (for displaying virtual controls on the front panel of the device);
small-size functional keyboard (for digital data input);
trackball-type manipulator (to control the cursor on the monitor screen).

Apart from the above-listed information input facilities, one of the device monitors also has a touch-screen panel. The power consumption of the õðí device is up to 350 W.

Integrated automated workstation of a commander

éÎÔÅÇÒÉÒÏ×ÁÎÎÏÅ ÒÁÂÏÞÅÅ ÍÅÓÔÏ ËÏÍÁÎÄÉÒÁ(ËÁÐÉÔÁÎÁ)

Integrated automated workstation of a commander (AWS-C) being a synthesis of an operator console and a comfortable armchair is intended for technical and ergonomic provision of execution of service and functional duties in full scope by the high-rank specialists on board the ship - commanders of surface ships and submarines, commanders of electromechanical department etc.

The article ensures the following:

Protection of the user from shock stress of the ship hull by means of ten times' reduction of the active accelerations;
Information representation on the screen of small-size panel station íðó-18 (íëìä 466299.054 ôõ) with 1280x1024 resolution;
information processing (solution of problems) as per the Customer's requirements based on Pentium III with clock frequency 533 MHz;
entering the commands with the use of touch screen, trackball, pushbuttons;
interaction with loudspeaker communication system.

The article has:

general overall dimensions 1315x760x1360 mm - the height of the seat surface of 450 mm from the point of its fastening to the platform with the possibility of its regulation along the vertical axis to +50 mm;
the width of the seat surface equal to 460 mm;
the depth of the seat surface to the bearing area of the back equal to 430 mm;
the forward tilt angle of the seat equal to 5œ;
the tilt angle of the back equal to 95" with the possibility of its reclining up to 140";
the height of the back equal to 780 mm;
the width of the armrest equal to 100 mm;
the space between the internal edges of the armrests equal to 480 mm;
possibility of carrying the article through the hatch with partially dismantled elements;
the trauma-safe (rounded) form of the protruding elements of the armchair;
the possibility of rational assembling and disassembling of the armchair for transportation

The dynamics of movements of the user in the course of work is taken into consideration. It results from the algorithm of operational actions proceeding from the real biomechanical (kinematical) capabilities and anatomico-physiological features of the user. The proportionality of anatomico-anthropometrical and linear-geometrical parameters of volumetric-dimensional structure of AWS-C (access to the monitor and possibility of carrying out manipulations with it) is ensured.

Special operator's units of "KROPS" type

õÓÔÒÏÊÓÔ×Ï ÏÐÅÒÁÔÏÒÓËÏÅ ÓÐÅÃÉÁÌØÎÏÅ ÔÉÐÁ 'ëÒÏÐÓ'

In the Concern AVRORA Scientific and Production Association Joint Stock Company the special operator's units have been developed, which combine the operator's armchair and the facilities protecting a user from shock action on the ship's huli by means of reduction of active accelerations by a factor of ten from 100 g to permissible value of 10 g. The units are harmonized with control consoles and jointly with them form automated operator's workstations {AWS). The comfortable conditions are provided for operators' work. The units are intended for mounting to the onboard AWS and to operators' workstations in stationary premises. The versions of the article may be supplied with different height of a seat-back, provided with head support and rail-guided. One of the unit's versions and its overall dimensions are shown in the figure.

The design of the units ensures the following:

the possibility of mounting the base structure on the floor;
the possibility of forward and backward motion of the armchair within the limits of 100 mm along with possibility of its fixing in intermediate positions;
the possibility of regulating the lumbar support of the seat-back;
the possibility to disconnect the armchair from the base structure without special tools;
the trauma-safe (rounded) form of protruding elements of the armchair;
the possibility of rational assembling and disassembling of the armchair for transportation;
the height of seat surface of 450 mm and possibility of its regulation along the vertical axis to +50 mm;
the width of seat surface equal to 430 mm;
the depth of seat surface to the bearing area of seat-back equal to 420 mm;
the tilt angle of seat-back equal to 95œ with the possibility of its reclining up to 135œ;
revolution of the unit's upper part around the vertical axis to +360œ with the possibility of its fixation in the assigned position;
possibility of carrying the article through the hatch with partial dismantling of its elements.

There are versions which ensure the following:

the possibility of installation of the base structure on the rails with detachable motion stops;
the possibility of moving the article along the rails module with its fixation in the intermediate positions;
the possibility of joining the rails systems.
the possibility of joining the rails systems.
